Jessica Kitchens

I do not view therapy as a “one size fits all” approach.  Each person battles through different opportunities in life.  Some of these can often be very difficult to overcome individually.  With assistance one can overcome these opportunities and what was an obstacle can become an opportunity for growth.  It is my sincere hope that I can assist you in finding the type of therapy best suited for you and your family through my services.  My approach in working with substance use issues goes beyond the typical approach and works to identify the root and culture behind the family system.

I am licensed as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LADAC (Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor),

RPT (Registered Play Therapist), and MAC (Master Addiction Counselor).

I offer individual counseling sessions dealing with various issues including...
Depression and Sadness
Anxiety and Stress
Substance use and Addictions
Sensory processing

Self-esteem issues
Domestic Violence
Dependency/ Co-dependency
